Returns & Exchanges
To maintain hygiene standards for wearable items, our policy is as follows:
Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Timeline: Requests must be made within seven (7) days of receiving the parcel.
Exchanges: Permitted for defective items or wrong orders only.
Non-Returnable: Sale items and inner-wear (if applicable) are strictly non-returnable.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refund Policy

Partial Refunds: We reserve the right to offer partial refunds for items that are not in their original condition or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
