Thank you for shopping at Summerscarf. We aim to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

 

• Service Area: We currently offer shipping exclusively within Malaysia.

• Processing Time: Orders placed will be processed within 3 business days.

• Delivery Timeline: Once processed, you can expect your parcel within 3–5 business days for Peninsular Malaysia and 7-10 business days for Sabah and Sarawak. Please note that these are estimates; while we strive for speed, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

• Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can follow its journey.

• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Summerscarf is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
